Working on behalf of Kcom, we were responsible for the implementation of new Data Centre infrastructure into a leading Financial Services client, the National Farmers Union Mutual (NFUM).
All business change activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, management of technical resources, test strategy and planning were undertaken to ensure the implementation was aligned with the overall change programme.
