WeDeliverChange reviewed the business change approach of a FTSE100 Construction organisation and recommended proposals to improve strategic alignment and change capability.
A review was undertaken of existing stakeholder engagement, communications, risk management, quality management strategy, benefits realisation management and reporting (including Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and significant improvements were recommended.
A workshop on change and benefits realisation was provided to internal stakeholders.
